Firefox 4.0 Release Candidate Released

Finally Mozilla has released the first Firefox 4 release candidate, after eight months of beta testing on the latest version of its open source browser. Firefox 4.0 RC is available for Windows, Linux, and Mac in 79 different languages. The new build offers "general stability, performance, and compatibility improvements" as well as myriad bug fixes. According to Mozilla, it has fixed more than 8,000 bugs since the first beta was released in July of last year.

Paste and Go on Firefox 4

Opera and Google Chrome has implemented useful feature, Paste and Go. With this feature you can do paste url or keywords on address bar and automatic go to the address with single click. You don't need to click paste then press Go button or Enter keypad on your keyword. Fortunately Firefox 4 has already support this feature too.

It means you don't need install additional add-ons to use this feature like on Firefox 3.xx

Firefox 4 Beta 11 with Do Not Track Feature

Firefox user's don't wait for a long time to get newest update of Firefox 4 Beta. Mozilla has released Firefox 4 Beta 11 not more then 2 weeks after they released Firefox 4 Beta 10. Mozilla is planning to release at least one more beta and then a round of release candidates before Firefox 4 is finalized later this year. It means we don't wait for a long time again to get Firefox 4 Final version. This software include "Do not track feature" function, re-enable WebGL on Linux version, and do not automatic offline mode when you open Firefox without internet connection.

Firefox 4, Next Generation

Beside Firefox 3.6 final version and 3.7 alpha version, Mozilla will develop next generation of Firefox. That is Firefox 4 which will offer fast, powerful, and empowering browser. Mozilla's Mike Beltzner shared a presentation that reveals quite detailed plans for Firefox 4 to the Mozilla community HTML5 and CSS support are among the new features, as well as faster operation, a greater focus on security and stability, new developer tools and a lot of personalization options.
